Not sure where to begin? Start with how you want to feel.
A LITTLE SCIENCE. A LOT OF THOUGHT.
More than objects.
A reason to use them.
A beautiful bowl is a beginning. What you do with it is the routine. We bring together small practices, considered tools, and clear guidance to make the moment easy to return to.
Explore the evidence & inspirationA practice with a purpose
Each concept starts with one real moment: waking up, connecting with someone, or closing the day.
Only what belongs
Every tool helps you begin, guides a step, or makes the experience more inviting.
Room to make it yours
Tea instead of matcha. Fragrance-free instead of scented. Your routine should meet you where you are.

SOME MOMENTS ARE BETTER SHARED
Put the kettle on.
Let the rest wait.
CURIOUS BY NATURE. CAREFUL WITH CLAIMS.
Grounded in research.
Honest about the rest.
Some everyday practices have research behind them. That doesn’t mean a kit is a treatment. Our concepts are evidence-informed; these exact combinations have not been clinically tested.
Tea, texture, and light make a practice inviting. Cultural traditions deserve thoughtful attribution. We explain what informs each routine, and where the evidence stops.
Daylight & Japanese tea culture+
Light helps set the timing of the body clock. Morning light can shift it earlier for people on a regular nighttime sleep schedule. Ten minutes is our routine design, not a medically proven dose. Matcha and whisking make the moment enjoyable; they are not the health claim.
Matcha has deep roots in Japanese tea culture. This is a modern morning practice, not a recreation of formal chanoyu.

Social connection matters to health and well-being. Sharing tea gives you an easy occasion to spend time together. The tea and this particular kit do not guarantee a health outcome.
Korean tea culture includes varied forms of darye and attentive tea serving. This modern concept draws on preparing and offering tea with care; it does not recreate an ancestral rite. Practitioner collaboration is planned before launch.
Social connection · CDC ↗Dado and Korean tea culture · Academy of Korean Studies ↗Mindfulness & thoughtful skincare+
The shower and skincare sequence is a sensory transition, not a proven sleep treatment. Some mindfulness programs may improve sleep quality compared with nonspecific education. That does not establish a benefit from this exact kit or show it outperforms established treatments.
Keep the room dim, never fully dark. Follow product labels, patch-test new skincare, and stop if irritation occurs. Fragrance-free options are planned. Aroma is optional and is not a treatment.

IN DEVELOPMENT · LAUNCH DATE TO COMEA FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you begin.
Can I buy a kit right now?+
Not yet. These are three concepts we’re prototyping and testing. The launch list is for project updates and news about a planned Kickstarter campaign. Final contents, prices, shipping markets, and launch timing are still being determined.
Do I need a kit to try a routine?+
You can begin with what you have: a cup of tea, a few minutes of daylight, a conversation, or a quiet shower. The planned kits bring the steps and useful tools together so it’s easier to repeat.
Are these routines clinically proven?+
The kits themselves have not been clinically tested. Research informs some individual practices, such as light timing and social connection. The evidence and inspiration notes explain the limits. The kits are not treatments or substitutes for clinical care.
What if caffeine or fragrance isn’t for me?+
A caffeine-free tea alternative and fragrance-free evening options are planned. Final ingredients and product directions will be provided before purchase. Follow labels, patch-test new skincare, and skip products that irritate your skin.
Why Japanese matcha and Korean tea?+
These practices have distinct cultural histories. Our concepts are modern everyday routines inspired by tea preparation and thoughtful serving. We plan to consult practitioners and verify suppliers before finalizing products or cultural storytelling.
What does ‘dark shower’ mean?+
Soft lighting, never a fully dark room. Keep the shower floor, footing, and controls clearly visible. Use products according to their directions and choose the lighting that lets you move safely.
